Sustainability

Targets and metrics

Last updated: 19.10.2026

Our sustainability targets guide our work and help us measure progress across key sustainability themes

We track our progress in reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency and water use, increasing waste recycling, enhancing resident satisfaction, and developing the employee experience.

We monitor and measure progress in the following key areas of sustainability:

  • Reduction of energy-related emissions
  • Energy efficiency
  • Water consumption
  • Resident satisfaction
  • Waste recycling
  • Employee experience

The metrics help us ensure that the programme’s targets are achieved in practice and that our business develops sustainably.

Why sustainability targets matter

Our sustainability targets help us track progress and ensure that sustainability remains an integral part of our business operations. The targets focus on reducing emissions, improving energy efficiency, reducing water consumption, increasing recycling, supporting employee wellbeing and maintaining a positive resident experience.

We monitor progress using clearly defined metrics and report the results regularly. The metrics help us identify areas where we are making progress and where additional actions may be needed. By tracking sustainability performance consistently, we can support long-term value creation and contribute to sustainable urban living.

Performance in 2025

The new sustainability programme was launched at the beginning of 2026, but we have reported on the indicators for the new targets already for 2025.
