Sustainability reporting

Last updated: 10.3.2026

We report on our sustainability work openly and transparently. Our sustainability report provides stakeholders with a comprehensive overview of our environmental responsibility, social responsibility, and corporate governance, as well as their impact on our business.

The purpose of our reporting is to provide clear, comparable, and reliable information on the progress of our sustainability efforts.

We track the progress of our sustainability programme using selected indicators. These indicators help us assess our performance and continuously improve our operations.

Sustainability reports

This page presents Lumos’ (formerly Kojamo) sustainability reports. From 2025 onwards, sustainability information is published in a separate report. Previously, it was included as part of the annual report.

Reporting principles

Our sustainability reporting is based on internationally recognised reporting frameworks and industry best practices.

In our reporting, we apply the following standards and recommendations:

GRI Standards – reporting standards developed by the Global Reporting Initiative

EPRA sBPR – Sustainability Best Practices Recommendations by the European Public Real Estate Association EPRA

TCFD – Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures. In line with its recommendations, we assess and report climate-related risks and opportunities affecting our business.

Data collection and assurance

We collect sustainability data from our internal systems and operational units. Data quality is ensured through internal review processes and external assurance.

Key energy, emissions, water and waste data, as well as the most important personnel-related indicators, have been assured by an independent third party.

For the 2025 sustainability reporting, the assurance was conducted by KPMG. The assured indicators are presented in the GRI Index of the sustainability report. The independent assurer’s assurance report is published at the end of the sustainability report.

Lumo once again receives EPRA gold award for its reporting

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), the umbrella organisation for listed real estate companies in Europe, has awarded Lumo gold awards for both its annual financial statements and its sustainability report.

EPRA annually evaluates companies’ reporting against international reporting standards and industry best practices. The gold award is granted to companies whose reporting meets the highest standards of transparency, comparability and consistency.

The recognition demonstrates our commitment to transparent, high-quality reporting as well as responsible operations and good governance.
