Lumo Homes extends and increases financing with SMBC

Lumo Homes plc and SMBC Bank EU AG have signed an amendment agreement relating to their existing unsecured financing arrangement. Following the amendment, the total size of the financing arrangement will amount to EUR 200 million, up from EUR 150 million, consisting of a EUR 100 million revolving credit facility and a EUR 100 million term loan. The maturity of the term loan has been extended to September 2030, including a one-year extension option.

The financing arrangement will be used for the Group’s general financing needs, and its margin is linked to Lumo Homes’ key sustainability targets.
