Lumo Homes plc’s financial reporting and Annual General Meeting in 2027

Lumo Homes plc will publish its Financial Statements Release, the Financial Statements and the Report of the Board of Directors 2026 on 18 February 2027.

The Annual General Meeting is planned to be held on 1 April 2027 in Helsinki.

The publication dates of the Interim Reports and the Half-Year Financial Report in 2027 are as follows:

• Interim Report January-March 2027: 5 May 2027
• Half-Year Financial Report January-June 2027: 19 August 2027
• Interim Report January-September 2027: 4 November 2027
