Employee experience
We conduct an annual employee survey to measure the employee experience. The purpose of the survey is to examine how our company culture is reflected in the everyday employee experience and how well it is realized in practice. The survey provides us with valuable insights into the current state of our culture, its strengths, and its areas for development. Based on the results, we focus our development efforts on actions that enhance our employee experience and strengthen our culture.

Work–life balance
Work–life balance is important to us — Saturdays do not reduce annual leave, meaning your holiday can be up to six weeks instead of five. During the summer, flexible working hours start on Fridays at 2 p.m.
