Our recruitment process

We use a well‑established and proven recruitment process that helps us find the right person for each role. We aim to stay in active contact with candidates throughout the entire recruitment process.

We want to promote equality and fairness in recruitment as well, which is why the first stage of our recruitment process is almost always carried out anonymously.

The application period is typically around 1–3 weeks, depending on the position. Once the application period has ended, selected candidates are invited to an interview. All applicants receive an update on the progress of the recruitment within a couple of weeks after the application deadline.

We often use video interviews as part of the process, followed by face‑to‑face meetings with candidates who move forward.

Suitability assessments are conducted at this stage for a maximum of 3–4 interviewed candidates.

Finally, the selected candidate is contacted by phone, offered an employment contract, and the start date is agreed upon.
