The Lumo One skyscraper will be available for renting from 3 January 2022: the apartments and services take living above the everyday
Lumo One is set to be completed in summer 2022 in Kalasatama, Helsinki, and renting has started on 3 January 2022. The skyscraper offers high-quality housing and services that liven up the daily life, all while located by the sea and at the heart of REDI’s comprehensive services. The views overlooking the sea and the cityscape are in a class of their own – on a clear day you can see as far as 41 kilometres away. The building has a total of 291 apartments and 31 floors.
The apartments are carefully designed, cosy and high-quality city homes. In addition to a French balcony, the homes also have greenhouses. There are three different interior design options: cool white, warm and light wood tones and elegant black. All the interior design options have high quality and timelessness in common.
The communal spaces on the 29th floor of the building are unrivalled. The glazed terraces, stunning sauna facilities and a carefully designed multipurpose common room with remote workstations enrich daily life and offer an extension to living from your own home also to the residents’ communal spaces.
In addition, the residents of the building have a wide variety of housing services available to them to make daily life easier. In the My Lumo service, you can find a selection of additional services, which is developed according to the wishes of customers. For example, the additional services for the Lumo One building include cleaning service, joint events, sports services and a designated Lumo property manager, who ensures that the residents can enjoy a smooth daily life.
Lumo One will be completed in two parts. You can move in on floors 6–13 from 1 July 2022 and on floors 14–31 from 1 September 2022.
