Support for children and adolescents’ hobbies – Lumo residents given priority in grant selection
The annual Lumo grants are now open for applications. Grants are available to 12- to 20-year-old individuals who have already engaged in active sports or other hobbies as a member of a sports club or such for several years, and who need financial support for their hobbies.
Lumo residents are given priority in the selection. Grants are awarded for both team and individual hobbies. In 2025, the grants are available for application until 10th of September.
Lumo grants have been part of Kojamo's sponsorship and grant programme since 2012. Grants have been awarded for a wide range of activities. In 2024, Lumo supported children and young people in more than 30 different hobbies including competitive swimming, football, floorball, agility, acrobatics, dance, singing and arts.
The grant recipients and their families have been very grateful for the support.
