Olli Turunen to lead Kojamo’s Investments unit

Olli Turunen, MEcon, will start work as the Head of the Investments unit and the unit’s team supervisor on 4 November 2019. Turunen will be responsible for helping Kojamo meet its growth target through housing stock acquisition and active leading of the property portfolio.

Olli Turunen has spent the past ten years working in the field of investor relations. He has worked as Vice President, Investor Relations at Kemira for the past four years. He has experience of real estate investment through his own personal investments. In addition, Turunen also co-authored Osta, vuokraa, vaurastu (“Buy, Rent out, Become Wealthy”), a book about real estate investing that has sold over 10,000 copies. He also runs a blog of the same name. He is also a member of the boards of Suomen Asuntoneuvoja Oy and the Finnish Landlord Association.

Olli Turunen will report to Ville Raitio, Chief Investment Officer at Kojamo.
