Lumo rents all of its apartments in the renewed webstore

Apartment rental has moved permanently online, and it is growing fast. Over 16,000 apartments have been rented in the Lumo webstore, which has reshaped the rental housing market. Now, www.lumo.fi continues to renew apartment rental and offers all of its apartments in the webstore.

In the renewed Lumo webstore it is possible to rent an apartment instantly as well as to indicate interest in a specific apartment, after which Lumo will contact the customer within 24 hours on weekdays and find a suitable apartment for them.

Already over half of all apartment rentals are done directly in the Lumo webstore, compared to a year ago when the share was 37 per cent nationally. Renting an apartment from the webstore, without a rental security deposit required, is exceptionally easy and convenient. After concluding the rental, the customer can move into the Lumo home as soon as the next day.

The guarantee means the customer can visit the apartment to make sure it is suitable for them. The guarantee is utilised very little in rentals from the webstore and nearly everyone who utilises it is satisfied with their choice of apartment.
