The heart of the building is a large club room, and special emphasis has been placed on its design and interior decoration. The purpose of the club room is to provide residents with additional square metres for their own living.
”We want the space to be enjoyable and useful for all the residents of the building, which is why we are investing in the design of the space. We will furnish the club room with the lead of an interior designer. Our aim is to create an inviting and meaningful expansion of the residents’ own apartment space. You can throw birthday parties or telework in the club room, for instance”, says Riikka Ilmakunnas, Customer Relationship Manager at Lumo homes.
”The over 30-square-metre club room is located in its own corner on the first floor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light. Among other things, there will be a kitchen corner where residents can make coffee. The club room was designed and decorated with the goal of making the space an actively used and important part of the residents’ everyday life.”
Leineläntie 10 is a four-story building with 47 apartments, approximately half of which are three-room or four-room apartments. All of the apartments will have glazed balconies. In addition to the inviting club room, the common facilities include free washing and drying rooms as well as sauna facilities. All these solutions are intended to make life easier for the residents.
”Ease of everyday chores is integral to good housing. In addition to being located in a pleasant and functional area, it is important that the apartment and adjacent common spaces serve the needs of the resident”, Ilmakunnas explains.

The 47 new Lumo homes at Leineläntie 10 are now available for renting in the Lumo webstore. The apartments can be rented through the webstore immediately, and there is no need to submit a separate application. The new Lumo homes in Leinelä will be ready to move into in October 2021.
