Lumo Kodit Oy and Hausia Oy agree on the construction of 45 apartments in Espoo centre. The property is located at Kirkkojärventie 8 in close proximity to excellent services and public transportation.
There is several schools and kindergartens in Espoo centre, as well as, health centre, public swimming pool, sports field and versatile commercial services, such as shopping centres Entresse and Espoontori. There is also a train station in the immediate vicinity of the new homes, which serves local and long-distance traffic. The Lumo apartments will include singles, two-room and four-room apartments.
The new Lumo apartments in Espoo centre support Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The property will be completed in the summer of 2021. The property to be built in Espoon centre is part of a completed transaction under the cooperation agreement signed by Kojamo and Hausia on 30 August 2019 with regard to the development of rental apartments valued at approximately EUR 90 million in Espoo.
