Lumo Kodit Oy acquired 143 apartments in Helsinki and Vantaa from Valio Pension Fund and Valio Mutual Pension Insurance Fund

Lumo Kodit Oy and Valio Pension Fund with Valio Mutual Pension Insurance Fund have agreed on the acquisition of 143 apartments. Apartments are located on Vuorikummuntie 9 in Helsinki and on Lammaslammentie 12 and Lammastie 3 in Vantaa.

The transaction supports Kojamo’s strategic growth in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The buildings are located close to Vihdintie with good transport connections and services. The buildings were built between 1969 and 1977.
