Lumo Kodit Oy and Hartela Oy have agreed on the construction of 94 new rental apartments in two buildings in Niittykumpu, Espoo. The buildings will be located in the proximity of good services, schools and transport links, such as the West Metro line.
The Lumo apartments at this excellent location include singles as well as two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. At Niittykummuntie 12, 70 apartments will be built in the B building and 24 apartments in the E building.
The new Lumo apartments located in Niittykumpu are part of Kojamo’s investment strategy that emphasises Finland’s seven largest growth centres. The buildings will be completed during 2021 and 2022.
