The new Hangonsilta district in Hyvinkää will be built next to the city centre, close to the former railway yard along the main train line. The area, designed for 2,000 residents, will provide excellent study opportunities as well as a flexible and safe environment for walking and biking.
The first Lumo rental homes in Hangonsilta will be located in a 6–8-storey building, which will be completed in April 2020. The building features a lift and access balconies and is connected by a walkway to the neighbouring building. The sheltered inner yard shared by the buildings will feature a green area for recreation. The two top floors of the building in Astreankatu 27 will be set in an eye-catching module of their own, featuring a facade with a colour scheme guaranteed to stand out. The top floors will offer nice views of the town.
The location is excellent for people who do not own a car, but the premises also offer a total of 26 covered and uncovered parking spaces. Separate parking spaces will be available for the charging of electric and hybrid cars.
The Lumo homes at Astreankatu 27 have been designed to satisfy the various needs and situations of modern life. Lumo tenants will have access to diverse services that facilitate everyday life as well as services provided by our cooperation partners.
Astreankatu 27 has been designed by Architects Anttila & Rusanen Ltd, and the project manager is Kristiina Ikävalko from Kojamo. YIT Finland Ltd is the contractor. The apartments are scheduled for completion on 1 April 2020. The rental apartments will become available in the Lumo webstore, starting in October 2019, according to plans. www.lumo.fi/ennakkomarkkinointi
