Kojamo received once again EPRA gold awards for its Financial Statements and Sustainability Report

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has awarded Kojamo the highest possible recognitions, the gold awards, for its 2024 Financial Statements and Sustainability Report. This is already the second consecutive year that Kojamo’s reporting has received gold.

EPRA annually assesses the reporting of publicly listed European real estate investment companies, comparing them against EPRA’s reporting standards and best practices recommendations. Awards are granted to companies that meet the highest standards of transparency, comparability, and consistency.
