Lumo Kodit Oy and Pakrak Oy have agreed on the construction of 153 apartments in Lippajärvi, Espoo.

Modern new apartments in a pleasant environment will be built at Linnustajankuja 2. The new apartments will include singles as well as two-room, three-room and four-room apartments, most of which will have a glazed balcony. Lippajärvi has excellent transport links to both Espoo and Helsinki. The area offers good outdoor recreation areas as well as services that meet the needs of residents such as families with young children: a grocery store, a day-care centre, schools and a beach are all nearby.
The current residential building at Linnustajankuja 2 has reached the end of its life cycle, which means that the old building will be replaced with new homes. The new building will support sustainable urban construction as its life cycle carbon footprint will be lower compared to that of a renovated building.

“We would like to extend a big “thank you” to our current residents on Linnustajankuja. The residents have been informed of the project, and we will help them find homes that match their preferences as soon as possible,” says Chief Investment Officer Ville Raitio.
The new homes will be completed at the turn of 2022–2023, and construction will start in June 2021. The project employs 359 person-years.
