EPRA awarded Kojamo’s Financial Statements and Sustainability Report

The European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA) has awarded Kojamo’s financial statements and sustainability report for 2023 with the highest possible recognition, a gold award. 

EPRA annually assesses the financial statements and sustainability reports of European listed property companies yearly and awards the best companies. The assessment compares the companies’ reporting with EPRA’s reporting standards and best practices recommendations.
