Lumo’s (previously Kojamo) share “KOJAMO” is listed on the official list of Nasdaq Helsinki. The shares are entered into the book-entry securities system of Euroclear Finland Oy.

Lumo’s registered share capital is EUR 58,025,136 and the company has 247,144,399 fully paid shares (15 June 2018). Lumo has a single series of shares, and each share entitles its holder to one vote in the general meeting of the company’s shareholders. There are no voting restrictions related to the shares. The shares have no nominal value. All shares carry equal rights to dividends and other distributions by Lumo.
